As a Christian, you CANNOT mind your own business

don't mind ur business
There is nothing like “I am minding my own business” in Christianity. You can not stay put in your lane. IT IS PROHIBITED!
Why? Because we have been called to love one another.  We must get involved in each other’s lives. In a Christian gathering of 10, about 5 of them might not be as spiritually mature as others.
Some may be wavering, compromising and some are backsliding already. It is the responsibility and obligation of the more matured 5 in the group/fellowship to hold these people accountable and bring them back to Christ.
You cannot afford to mind your own business or stay in your lane in such period and watch your sister or brother in Christ fall back into the world. All in the name of minding your own business.

James 5: 19 (NLT) says, ” My dear brothers and sisters, if someone among you wanders away from the truth and is brought back, you can be sure that whoever brings the sinner back from wandering will save that person from death and bring about the forgiveness of many sins”

The Message translation says, “My dear friends, if you know people who have wandered off from God’s truth, don’t write them off. Go after them. Get them back and you will have rescued precious lives from destruction and prevented an epidemic of wandering away from God.”
We are called a Family of God and what is a family without LOVE?
Jesus tells us in John 13:35 (NLT), “Your love for one another will prove to the world that you are my disciple.”
What love is there when we watch with our two eyes open as someone falls into sin?
Christianity and spiritual maturity must not be turned into a competition
“Oh, I have been a  Christian for good 50 years, good 10 years without backsliding. I am this, I am that…”
Really? What about those babies in Christ who were at your Bible Study who you should have kept close and helped them grow but you ignored?
Did you obey the greatest commandment to love God and love your neighbor as yourself? Or how can you say you love God who you have not seen, yet you hate your brother/sister and you watched them as they go on the path of destruction?

It’s time to stop minding your business. If you have to change lanes and come over to that person’s to help them, please do.

NOTE: I am NOT advising you to get involved in GOSSIP – this is a sin (Galatians 5: 19 – 21; James 1: 26; James 4: 11; Leviticus 19: 16; Proverbs 11: 9; Psalm 34: 13).

I am asking you to get involved in something I call, “HOLY CURIOSITY.” 😁
Get curious about your fellow sister/brother’s life.
Talk to them, “Hey Brother, are you saved? Do you know Jesus? Did you pray today? Did you study the word of God today? How is your relationship with God going? That sister you are dating, is she a Christian? Are you still watching that pornography? Is that addiction still bothering you? Has God not answered that prayer yet? etc…

Get curious and offer to help as much as God enables you to. Pray with them, study the word of God with them, remind them of God’s promises in his word, keep them accountable. This is TRUE LOVE among us as Christians. You were not born again to stay in your own corner and be a PRIVATE CHRISTAIN. Go out and look for people in need of a “holy curiosity.”

You’ve got to stop minding your business and get into your father’s business and Daddy’s business is all about winning souls (bring back the lost sheep) and loving one another.
Eternally Loved❤️
